March 13th- Day 1

*Everything is optional – we need to educate the people on what is included upon signup. 

Day 1: Thursday - Arrival & Welcome

Afternoon:

  • 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Check-in at the hotel/Airbnb.

    • Welcome bags provided upon arrival

Evening:

  • 7:00 PM: Dinner at White Limozeen*

    • Theme: "Pretty in Pink" *

    • Casual meet-and-greet, setting the tone for the weekend.

  • 9:00 PM: Free time to explore or relax.

March 14th- Day 2

Morning:

  • 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM: Breakfast on your own (recommend local spots or provide breakfast items at the stay). *

  • 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Pack outfits (2 looks) and prepare for the day.

Late Morning:

  • 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Lifestyle Shoot in 12South.

    • Shoot at iconic spots like the "I Believe in Nashville" mural, Draper James storefront, and 12 South neighborhood.

    • Capture casual, fun portraits showcasing personality and style.

Afternoon:

  • 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Group lunch (optional or self-planned at a local café). *

  • 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM: Free time for shopping and exploring Nashville.

    • Suggested stops: boutiques in 12 South, coffee shops, or music-themed tours.

    • Optional activity to plan:

      • A casual wine tasting or private shopping experience at a boutique.

Evening:

  • 6:00 PM: Return to accommodations.

  • Dinner: Flexible; attendees enjoy Nashville nightlife or dine on their own.

March 15th- Day 3

Morning

  • 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM: Breakfast on your own.

  • 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Glam Bar Appointments: Hair/makeup touch-ups.

Midday to Evening:

  • 11:30 AM - 6:00 PM: Shooting at Adora.

    • Attendees rotate through sets for a mix of boudoir, glamour, and artistic portraits.

    • Provide refreshments and snacks throughout the day.

Evening:

  • 7:30 PM: Farewell Dinner at Casa Rosa on Broadway.

    • Celebrate the weekend with a fun and lively dinner experience.

  • 9:30 PM - Late: Group night out on Broadway.

    • Dancing, live music, and capturing fun moments.

Day 4 Departure: Sunday - Brunch & Departure

Morning:

  • 9:00 AM: Optional farewell brunch at a local brunch spot (TBD).

    • Recap the weekend and enjoy one last meal together.
